Rabbi Shmuel Kravitksy
Founding Director and Counselor
Rabbi Kravitsky is a rabbinical counselor and an executive director of Jewish Online Counseling. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching and counseling across the U.S., Israel, and Europe. He received his rabbinical ordination after seven years of study in yeshivas in New York and Israel. Rabbi Kravitsky is the director of the Chabad on Campus Center in Northampton, Massachusetts serving Amherst, Hampshire, Smith, and Mt. Holyoke colleges. His background includes extensive one-on-one counseling, program leadership, and community outreach.

Rabbi Ilan Weinberg
Executive Director and Counselor
Rabbi Ilan Weinberg is a seasoned leader in Jewish communal life, youth development, and spiritual counseling. Through his work in Chabad community & educational institutions, he has combined pastoral care with community leadership, building trusted relationships rooted in compassion, clarity, and spiritual grounding. He has worked across education, social services, and nonprofit leadership, providing direct and organizational support to individuals and families in crisis. As executive director of Jewish Online Counseling, Rabbi Ilan oversees internal operations, infrastructure, and long-term strategy, ensuring every aspect of the platform reflects its mission of Torah-based, compassionate, professionally supported care.

Isabelle D'Arcy
Director of Marketing, Implementation and Strategy
Isabelle brings a background in marketing strategy, messaging, and team operations to Jewish Online Counseling. Trained in the StoryBrand marketing framework, she leads the organization’s marketing efforts and plays a central role in shaping program direction and implementation. With experience coaching entrepreneurs and executives, Isabelle helps the team stay focused, aligned, and strategic as the nonprofit grows. She founded The 360 Institute in 2021 and brings firsthand experience of what it takes to build something from the ground up—turning vision into structure, and ideas into action.

Ariel Kravitsky
Chief of Staff
Ariel manages the behind-the-scenes systems that keep JOC running smoothly. From
logistics and scheduling to administrative support, she ensures counselors, clients, and team members have what they need to succeed. Ariel brings 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration and management to Jewish Online Counseling.
